1. Decorated panel with trimmed edge

The Decorative panel for floor system is made
of high quality cold-rolled steel sheets, which are
punched, spot-welded, coated with epoxy
powder. Inside the panel filled with formed
cement. The top steel sheet of the panels is
stuck with the proof high pressure 
laminated (HPL) or conductive PVC files. The 
borders of the panel are trimmed with anti-static
PVC edges.
  
The inside of the Ventilations Panel is hollow the top steel sheet, the bottom sheet pan and 
HPL are punched to form ventilation holes. The Ventilating rate is 20%.

difference between top steel sheet/ bottom steel pan and laminated board, the

panel's thickness ranges from 32mm to 35mm.

The panel is made of good quality cold-rolled steel sheets, which are punched,

 pot-welded and coated with epoxy powder. Inside the panel is filled with foamed

cement. The top steel sheet of the panel is stuck with fireproof high-pressure

laminate (HPL) or conductive PVC tile. The borders of the panel are trimmed with

conductive PVC edges.

To the computer rooms that call for the space under raise floors as plenum for

air conditioning, a number of ventilation panels is necessary for the upward 

wind to adjust the room temperature. The ventilation rate of the panel is 20%.

It is similar to that of decorated panel, except that there is no infilled material 

inside; the top steel sheet/ the bottom steel pan and HPL are punched to form

 ventilation holes.

1) Panel size: breadth size : 600mm¡Á600mm;
Because of the difference between top steel sheet/ bottom steel pan and laminated 

board, the panel's thickness ranges from 32mm to 47mm.

 

2) Processing of the floor panel:
The panel is made of good quality cold-rolled steel sheets, which are punched,

 spot-welded and coated with epoxy powder. Inside the panel is filled with

 foamed cement. The top steel sheet of the panel is stuck with fireproof

 high-pressure laminate (HPL), conductive PVC tile or marble.

  
3. System assembly:
  

The system composes of four parts: panel, stringer, pedestal, fastener. The last 

three parts are galvanized steel components. The fasteners connect the stringers 

and the pedestal, which is vertically adjustable and self-locked, thus a firm and

 stable understructure is formed. The floorboards are inlayed in the squares

 shaped by the stringers.

5. Loading capacity of decorated panel system: according to the panel's 

capacity of concentrated load, there are three grades: FS600 pounds, FS800

6. Loading capacity of supporting understructure for decorated floor system.
  

Pedestal load: When forced 26KN axial load, there shouldn't be obvious damage or

deformation; after unloaded, its nut should be able to turn freely.
Stringer load: When 2KN vertical load is forced at the middle, the stringer's

 permanent deformation should not be bigger than 0.25mm.
